I used my first fire starter to start the coal in my coal stoker. Once lit I put a few twigs on it, waited a few minutes and started put some coal on that. For my first attempt at it I feel it worked great. The next time I’m sure it will even go smoother. I really like them.

Good product. Great service

Have only used it for coffee so far, but the tin is sturdy, lid tight. Just what I wanted.

I used the bushcraft fire starters to start a fire on the snow. Guess what? It worked very well!! Buy them with confidence. I will try to video it this weekend.

So there was a small issue with my purchase. Cosmetic from shipping, worked just fine. I let them know and never mentioned getting a replacement. They shipped out a new one. The new one works excellent as well. This will be the company I look to for refitting my camping and hiking gear.

Tin is perfect for carrying fire starters.

They're realy good storage containers.
Adam K.
Holds 25 plugs, with breaking them in half to start a fire, it holds 50 fires! Lid screws on very securely.

Very convenient.

Love the ability to store extra with this tin

I had to get it in black I have the stainless never have to many containers
James W.
Love the new black containers. I have several of the fire starters in the plastic bags. These make a very nice way to store them.

Tins. They are great for sharing so the name is remembered.

I was not very skeptical, but more apprehensive as to just how effective this might be when I purchased it. It did take me a few exposures in adds to finally order. As the product came with a way to keep it all together and store, I was taken by that, and after I got it.
Normally I would be that guy who gathers the firewood (camp bitch), especially the driest I can find to start a fire successfully on the edge of a river after a cold morning of fishing, never having, but always depending upon, a dry piece of paper to get everything started with a match (although there are canisters to keep matches dry, they still get wet to and are then unusable). Plus, I may have time to find dry twigs and dry branches to crack and add, but never the real dry material it takes to get it on so I can get warm and dry even in the wet.
I will say this now, “Holy Guacamole”! How absolutely confident I feel now. Getting warm quickly is my reality. Starting a fire is now way easy! I will never be without my new Bigfoot fire starting tools, ever!
Kristin M.
Love how quickly they start. Great product.

Exactly what I needed. Perfect thanks.

Yes I've used it these plugs worked wonders would constantly use them at almost every night break them in half peel them all over in my fiance loved them is how fast it burned. But that's why I was hoping when I ordered more didn't know I was ordering empty canteens

Learning as I go... Clearly I'm a newbie, but... That's an honest approach to using this product as not all of us who need, use, or appreciate this fantastic product, are "experienced woodsmen"... Some of us are only now learning out way around a Ferro Rod... That said, this is a FANTASTIC product! Sad I think my little produced review footage demonstrates, even with extremely minimal skill and experience, ANYONE can light a fire with your Fire Plugs. Even my wife, with even less experience than I, sat in our driveway on a windy day (I already shared a video of this), and in a couple minutes for it ignored and ready for kindling... I am totally thrilled with Bigfoot! Rock on y'all!

Very good product. Works as well as it is advertised. Thank you very much.

I’m 7 years old and bought this with my own money. I started my first fire yesterday. I love it!
Mark A.
Perfect for slipping into a backpack or glove compartment for quick easy access!
Lawrence D.
Best fire starters I’ve ever used. No need for kindling. Pull apart and put a couple fire starters in and you’re good to go. No need for matches either, although I’m sure they’ll work fine. I like to use a fire steel, light right up. Won’t be caught without Bigfoot bushcraftfire starters!
David B.
Great product, worked as advertised!
Willam E.
Timed one half of a single fire starter and it lasted a good 4.5 minutes. Great hot flame that started with sparks from fire ferro rod and knife and can't wait to use in the bush next week.
Michael S.
great tin to store the fire starters. Easy to carry and easy to use.
Peg P.
Love the tin for holding the fire plugs. The tin holds about 30 of them, plenty for any camping trip I may make!
Mike C.
Nice tin to keep the fire plugs safe and organized.
The lid is a little fragile. I was pressing down on it to secure to the canister and put a little dimple in it. Overall, nice product.
Loring S. J.
I received 6 EMPTY tins, which are no good to anyone. I had to again order the firestarters to fill the tins. Who would order empty tins?
Darla D.
Nice tin holds around 26 fire starters. Great for long term storage, or for the components for a fire starter kit

Tight seal!
Submerged in water no leaks!
Brad S.
